The Ogle County Educational Cooperative (OCEC) provides
special education services and programs for disabled students who
are 3 - 21 years of age and residents of Ogle County.
Services are provided in compliance with the Individuals with
Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and the Illinois School
Code. The services and programs provided by the OCEC comprise
one or more parts of the continuum of special education service
options. Local school districts also provide some special
services and programs.
These special education services are available to students
identified as having one or more of the following
disabilities:
Mental Impairment
Physical Impairment
Specific Learning Disability
Visual Impairment
Hearing Impairment
Deaf - Blind
Speech / Language Impairment
Behavior / Emotional Disorder
Health Impairment
Developmental Delay
Autism
Traumatic Brain Injury
