Special Education Needs Assessment Parent Survey 2012

To take the online survey, click on the following:  Online Parent Survey- NEEDS ASSESSMENT Click DONE at the end of the survey to send it.

As a recipient of federal funds, Ogle County Educational Cooperative and its member districts: Oregon, Rochelle Elementary, Rochelle Township High School, Ashton/Franklin Center, Amboy, Kings, Forrestville Valley, Steward, Eswood, Meridian, Creston, and Polo conduct an annual needs assessment of general and special education staff, administrators and parents.  The results of the needs assessment will be used to improve the delivery of services to students who receive special education services and their families, and to provide direction for support and training.

We would like your feedback regarding how well we address the special education needs of your child, and we’re interested in how we can support you.  Please provide responses based on your child’s current placement in school.  Your input is important.  All surveys are anonymous, unless you provide us with your name.  The survey information will be collected by OCEC and the results will be shared with individual districts.
